Agreement to Terms

Service Requests and Estimates

When you request our services:

We will provide upfront pricing before beginning work

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and service needs

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance
We accept cash, major credit cards, checks, and may offer financing options for larger projects
Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law
If payment is not received, we reserve the right to pursue collection and may place a lien on your property where permitted by law

Warranties and Guarantees

Property Access and Safety

You agree to:

Provide safe and clear access to the work area
Disclose any known hazards or safety concerns
Ensure that pets are secured during service visits
Be present or have an authorized representative present during service when required

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule:

Please provide at least 24 hours notice when possible
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee
We reserve the right to cancel service if conditions are unsafe or if payment terms are not met

Intellectual Property

Dispute Resolution
